1st Layer:

Crushed Oreos in a pan.

2nd Layer:

1 c. powdered sugar
1 (12 oz. container of Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) pkg. of cream cheese

Mix together and spread on 1st layer.

3rd Layer:

1 lg. pkg. of instant chocolate pudding mix (follow directions)

4th Layer:

Finely crushed Oreo cookies. Put on top of above.
