1 lg. pkg. Oreo cookies
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. frozen Cool Whip
2 sm. instant French vanilla pudding (boxes)
1 stick butter
1 c. powdered sugar

Crumble 1/2 of the cookies in bottom of 9 x 13 x 2 pan. Cream butter, cheese and sugar. Make pudding according to directions, but only use 3 1/2 cups of milk. Combine this pudding with creamed ingredients. Fold in Cool Whip. Stir gently until well mixed and pour over the crumbled cookies. Crumble rest of cookies and sprinkle over the top. Can be frozen.

For Fun: instead of pan, use new clay flower pot lined with aluminum foil. Stick clean plastic, or silk, flower stem in center and place candy "Gummy worms" on top of dirt cake and hanging over side of pot. Makes fun centerpiece.
