CHEDDARY SCALLOPED POTATOES 
2 tbsp. butter
1 sm. onion, sliced
1 can (10 1/4 oz) Campbell's new broccoli cheese soup
1/3 c. milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 med. potatoes, cooked and sliced (about 3 1/2 c.)

In skillet over medium heat, in hot butter, cook onion until tender. Stir in soup, milk and pepper. Heat to boiling. Add potatoes. Reduce heat to low. Cover, simmer 5 minutes or until hot and bubbling, stirring occasionally. Garnish with sage if desired. 4 servings. Recipe may be doubled.

For cheesier flavor: Add 1/4 c.up shredded cheddar cheese with soup.
