1 c. tomato sauce
1 c. ketchup
1 clove garlic, crushed or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
3 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. dry wine (optional)
2 tbsp. salad oil
2-3 tsp. liquid smoke
4 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. wine vinegar
3 tbsp. soy sauce
Salt and pepper as desired

Blend all ingredients well. use as desired. Keep unused portions refrigerated. Makes slightly less than 1 quart.
