CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger (need not brown)
1 c. raw rice
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 can mushroom soup
2 c. water
2 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
2 c. bean sprouts

Mix all ingredients and put in casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
