KIM'S ICING 
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg white
1/2 c. Crisco (solid)
1 box powdered sugar
1/2 to 1 tsp. water
1 stick butter

Beat until fluffy. This makes a very fluffy icing for a large cake. Freezes well.

If you want chocolate icing, add 2 tbsp. cocoa
