PEACH OR STRAWBERRY LAYERED
DESSERT
 
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 c. 10x sugar
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. almond extract
1 1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. sugar
1 angel food cake, torn into pieces
2 qt. sliced strawberries or peaches
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. almond liquor (if desired)

Mix together almond extract and whipping cream. Whip together vanilla and sugar; add to cream cheese. Fold in cake pieces to combination of first two steps. Combine fruit choice, almond liquor and 3 tablespoons sugar. In deep glass bowl layer ingredients starting with fruit and then cake with fruit on top. Cover with Saran wrap and refrigerate.
