SWEDISH PINEAPPLE CAKE | |
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple & juice 2 eggs 2 c. flour 2 c. sugar 1/2 c. chopped pecans 2 tsp. baking soda Beat all ingredients together with spoon. Spread into a greased and floured pan (9 x 13 inch). Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. TOPPING: Must be spread on cake as soon as cake comes from oven. 8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese 1 3/4 c. powdered sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Beat until it resembles whipped cream. |
