SWEET AND SOUR MINI DRUMSTICKS 
1 c. each pineapple juice & beer
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. ground ginger
36 chicken wings or drumsticks
1/4 c. butter or oil

Combine pineapple juice, beer, soy sauce, brown sugar, onion, garlic and ginger. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Marinate chicken overnight. Drain. Reserve marinade.

In large skillet, heat butter. Brown chicken on all sides. Add marinade, cover, reduce heat and simmer 1-2 hours. Stir occasionally. Serve hot. Serves 8-12.
