CLAM APPETIZER DIP 
1 garlic clove
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
7 - 7 1/2 oz. can minced clams, drained
1/4 c. clam broth
Garlic powder

Place the cream cheese in the bowl, cream it with a spoon until smooth and gradually add the remaining ingredients, blending well. If a thinner dip is desired, add more clam broth. Makes approximately 1 pint. This can be served with crackers, potato chips or raw cauliflower.
