COMPANY EGGS | |
1/2 lb. Gruyere cheese, grated 4 tbsp. butter 1 c. heavy cream 1/2 tsp. salt Pepper 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 12 eggs, slightly beaten Spread cheese in buttered 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Dot with butter. Mix cream with seasonings and mustard, pour 1/2 over cheese. Add slightly beaten eggs. Add remaining 1/2 of cream mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes or until eggs are set. Serves 12. |
