EGGS FOR COMPANY | |
10 slices day old bread Velveeta cheese 1 c. ham, smokies or bacon 9 eggs 3 c. milk 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1 tsp. onion flakes 1 tsp. salt 4 oz. cheddar cheese Dash paprika Remove crusts and cube 10 slices of bread. Grease pan. Put 1/2 of bread cubes in pan. Cube Velveeta cheese in 1/4" cubes. Spread over bread. Add 1 cup cubed ham, smokies or bacon. Spread remaining cheese cubes over meat. Beat 9 eggs. Add 3 cups milk, 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard, 1 teaspoon onion flakes and 1 teaspoon salt. Pour over bread cubes. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top. Also sprinkle with paprika. Cover with Saran Wrap or roasting pan. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. |
