QUICK CREAM CHEESE PIE 
1 graham cracker crust
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can cherry pie filling, blueberry filling or crushed pineapple

Beat cream cheese. Add milk and beat until smooth. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into crust. Chill 3 hours. Top with cherry, blueberry or pineapple. No cooking!
