STRAWBERRY CHEESE PIE 
2 c. crushed pretzels
2 tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. melted butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 sm. Cool Whip
20 oz. frozen strawberries
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 lg. strawberry Jello
2 c. boiling water

Crust: Mix pretzels, sugar and melted butter. Press into 11x13 baking dish. Bake for 6 to 7 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool completely.

Filling: Cream together cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust.

Topping: Dissolve Jello with boiling water, add drained pineapple and strawberries. Pour over filling and refrigerate until set.
