GLORIFIED RICE 
2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. pineapple juice & water
1/4 c. sugar
1 pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
1 c. whipping cream
2 c. cold cooked rice
1 c. boiling water

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Add water to pineapple juice to make 1 cup liquid. Add to dissolved Jello, stir well. Chill until nearly set, whip until fluffy. Add cream, whipped until stiff with sugar. Fold in pineapple and rice, turn into large or individual molds; which have been rinsed with cold water. Chill until firm. Serves 8.
