2 c. Cream of Wheat
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/4 c. Crisco oil

Mix dry ingredients into bowl, add egg, milk and oil; stir well. Bake in a 10" pan in hot oven set at 450 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes, or until brown.
