TERIYAKI STEAK 
Combine in large flat glass pan:

1 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. sugar

Cut meat into 1 inch strips. Place meat in marinade. Turn and marinate for several hours or overnight, turning every couple of hours if possible. Thread meat strips onto bamboo skewers and barbecue or broil a few minutes until done.
