CHICKEN AND RICE 
4 chicken breast halves
1/3 c. Italian salad dressing
2/3 c. uncooked reg. rice
1 bag (16 oz.) frozen broccoli
1/2 tsp. Durkee Italian seasoning
Carrots, water chestnuts and red pepper combination
1 can (2.8 oz.) fried onions
1 3/4 c. chicken bouillon

Place chicken breasts in 8x12 baking dish. Pour salad dressing over chicken. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Place rice, vegetables and 1/2 can onion rings under and over chicken.

Combine bouillon and Italian seasoning, pour over chicken and bake 25 minutes uncovered. Top with remaining onions. Bake 2-3 minutes longer. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
