B.B.Q. MEATBALLS 
2 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients. Shape into 1 inch balls. Place balls on slightly greased cookie sheet. Bake in 375 degree oven for 25-30 minutes or until brown. Divide and freeze half.

B.B.Q. SAUCE:

1 c. catsup
4 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 recipe of meatballs

Combine all ingredients and heat through. Add meatballs and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve over rice.
