BROCCOLI/CAULIFLOWER SALAD 
1 med. head cauliflower
1 med. bunch broccoli
1 bunch green onions
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
1/2 c. diced cheddar cheese

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
Dash Tabasco sauce
Dash (1/4 tsp.) Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper to taste

Cut broccoli and cauliflower into small pieces; cook peas 1/2 time in directions (about 3 to 4 minutes in microwave); cool before adding. Add diced cheese and onions, chopped. Add dressing and mix well. Sprinkle paprika over top. Makes large bowl.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
