CREAMY BROCCOLI-CAULIFLOWER
SALAD
 
1 head fresh broccoli, cut into pieces
1 head cauliflower (cut into flowerettes)
1/2 c. green pepper, finely chopped
1/2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
1/2 c. green onions, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. white vinegar

In large bowl toss together first 5 ingredients. Mix next 5 ingredients in small bowl, pour over vegetables and toss. Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 24 hours.
