BUTTERCUP CAKE 
2 1/4 c. sifted flour
1/2 c. Spry or butter
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. each of vanilla, orange, lemon & pineapple

Cream sugar and Spry; add eggs, one at a time. Beat 8 to 10 minutes before adding remaining ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
