COOKIE SALAD 
1 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 c. buttermilk
1 (8 oz.) carton whipped topping
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
14 fudge stripe cookies, crushed

Blend pudding mix and buttermilk in bowl. Fold in whipped topping, mandarin oranges, and pineapple WITH JUICE. Stir in 3/4 of the cookie crumbs. Spoon into serving bowl. Top with remaining crumbs.
