COUNTRY STYLE STEAK 
1 lb. round steak
1/4 c. seasoned flour
2 tbsp. shortening
1 can onion soup
1/2 c. water

Cut steak into 4 pieces. Pound in flour. Brown steak in shortening; add soup and water. Cover and simmer 1 hour or until tender. Serves 4.
