1 c. white syrup
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
7 c. Special K cereal
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. butterscotch chips

Bring syrup and sugar to a boil in a large kettle. Remove from heat. Add butter, peanut butter and vanilla; mix well. Add Special K cereal; mix well. Press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Melt chocolate and butterscotch chips. Spread on top of bars.
