1 c. white sugar
1 c. white syrup
1 c. peanut butter
6 c. Special K
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips

Stir sugar and white syrup and bring to a full boil, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and add peanut butter (chunky or plain); mix well. Pour over Special K. Mix all together and press into 9"x13" pan. Melt chocolate chips and butterscotch chips together and pour over top of bars. Let cool and cut in squares.
