POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. hash brown potatoes
1 c. diced onions
1 can cream of mushroom soup
16 oz. sour cream
1 stick butter, melted
8 oz. Cheese Whiz
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix together all ingredients. Spread in 9 x 11 inch baking dish. Top with crushed potato chips. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
