SPICY ZUCCHINI BARS 
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter, softened
1 3/4 c. Pillsbury's all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. shredded zucchini, patted dry with paper towel
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. coconut

FROSTING:

3 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 tbsp. milk
3 tbsp. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 15x10 inch jelly roll pan. In large bowl, cream brown sugar, sugar and butter. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off.

Blend flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, eggs and vanilla into creamed mixture. Stir in zucchini, walnuts and coconut. Spread dough evenly in prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 to 35 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool.

In large bowl, blend frosting ingredients until smooth and creamy. Spread over bars. Makes 48 bars.

NOTE: If using self-rising flour, omit baking powder.
