PUFF CORN FIDDLE FADDLE 
5 oz. white puff corn curls
1 stick butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. white Karo syrup
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Boil butter, brown sugar and Karo syrup in a large pan for 2 minutes. Then, remove from heat and immediately add 1/2 teaspoon baking soda (will foam up). Pour quickly over corn curls that are in a large roasting pan. Bake at 250 degrees for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool on waxed paper. Store in airtight container.
