PRUNE BREAD 
1 1/2 c. prunes
2 tsp. orange peel
1 c. orange juice
2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
2 tbsp. oil
1 c. walnuts, chopped

Soak prunes in orange juice overnight or heat on stove, then cool. Mix dry ingredients, then eggs, oil, prunes and juice. Combine, mix and bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes in greased bread pan.
