PRUNE BREAD 
1 c. oil (scant less)
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 jar baby food junior prunes
2 1/2 c. plus 1 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sour milk or buttermilk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix on low speed the oil, sugar, eggs, prunes and flour until moist. Add remaining ingredients. Bake in 2 greased loaf pans at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, then reduce to 325 degrees for 20 minutes.
