EGG FOO YOUNG 
1 pkg. fried Rice-a-Roni
6 eggs
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 (16 oz.) can drained bean sprouts, or 2 c. fresh
1/4 c. diced green onion

Prepare rice according to directions; cool. Beat the eggs with soy sauce, salt and pepper. Stir into cooked rice the bean sprouts and the green onions. Drop mixture by 1/2 cupfuls onto greased griddle.

SAUCE:

2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 c. water

Combine and cook over medium heat until thick. Serve sauce over egg foo young. Serves 4.
