VEGETABLE TURKEY POCKETS 
1/4 c. Ranch salad dressing
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. turkey
1/2 c. shredded carrot
1/2 c. chopped cucumber
1 sm. chopped tomato
2 whole wheat pita bread rounds, cut in half
Lettuce

Mix together everything except lettuce and chill. Fill each pita bread with turkey mixture and lettuce. Makes 4 half sandwiches.
