SPINACH SALAD 
1 bag (bunch) spinach leaves (may use 1/2 head of lettuce too)
1 can sliced water chestnuts
3 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1/2 lb. bacon, fried crisp & crumbled
1 can bean sprouts, or use fresh

DRESSING:

1 c. liquid oil
1/3 c. ketchup
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 onion, grated
3/4 c. sugar
Salt to taste

Make dressing in advance and pour on just before serving.
