1 c. sugar
1 c. water
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. white corn syrup
3 tbsp. dry strawberry gelatin
1 qt. fresh strawberries

Combine sugar, cornstarch, water and corn syrup in a dish and put in microwave 2 minutes. Stir then continue cooking for two more minutes. Remove from microwave and add gelatin. Cool to room temperature. Pour over strawberries and then pour in baked shell. Chill and serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
