STUFFED ZUCCHINI 
4 or 5 med. zucchini
1 c. chopped onions
2 pkgs. instant cream of chicken soup mix
1 stick butter
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Split zucchini, spoon cream of chicken soup mix inside each, stuff onions and butter. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper on top. Bake 45 minutes at 250 degrees or until done.
