STUFFED ZUCCHINI 
1 lg. zucchini
1/2 lb. hamburger
1/3 lb. sausage
1/4 c. raw rice
1/2 c. instant rice
1 onion
1 egg
Sage
Garlic powder
Salt and pepper
Oregano
Cheddar cheese
1 can stewed tomatoes

Cut zucchini in half lengthwise remove seeds. Cook 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.

Stuffing: Cook hamburger, sausage and onion until brown. Add rest of ingredients, cook on low heat until zucchini is ready. Spoon stuffing into zucchini halves. Cook about 1/2 hour and put Cheddar cheese on top and cook until cheese melts. Serves 2.
