1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. catsup
1 egg
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 c. American cheese

Blend all ingredients, except cheese. Line loaf pan with foil. Evenly spread 1/2 of the cheese in bottom of pan. Cover with 1/2 the meat mixture. Repeat with remaining cheese and meat mixture.

Bake 1 hour at 350°F.

Serves 4 to 6.
