SEAFOOD BATTER 
3/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. water
1 tbsp. vinegar

Have fish ready and oil hot before adding water and vinegar. Dip fish in batter, deep fry until golden brown. Never over cook fish.

Can also be used for vegetables.
