SESAME MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2/3 c. minced onion
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. ginger
2 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. beef broth
Toasted sesame seeds

SAUCE:

2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 c. beef broth
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
3/4 c. sour cream

In a bowl, mix together beef, onion, bread crumbs, egg, milk, salt, pepper, and ginger. Shape into 1 inch balls. In a large skillet, heat oil and butter. Brown meatballs on all sides. Add broth. Cover and simmer 5-10 minutes. To prepare sauce, melt butter in a small saucepan. Blend in flour, salt, and ginger. Cook until bubbly. Add broth. Cook, stirring, until thickened. Add soy sauce and sesame seeds. Pour into a bowl. Add sour cream. Stir until smooth. Place meatballs in serving dish. Pour sauce over meatballs and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
