LOW - CAL SESAME BROCCOLI | |
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli or 1/2 lb. fresh broccoli, cooked crisp-tender 1 tsp. oil 1 tsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. soy sauce 1/2 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. toasted sesame seeds Toss broccoli with mixture of oil, lemon juice, soy sauce and sugar. To toast sesame seeds, heat heavy skillet over medium-high heat; add seed, stir until toasted, 1-2 minutes. Sprinkle over vegetables. Serve hot or cold. Makes 4 servings. 35 calories each serving. |
