3 c. oil
4 eggs
4 c. sugar
67 c. flour
1 c. nuts, pecans, chopped
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
6 c. sliced apple

Mix in a large bowl oil, eggs, sugar, and mix well. Then mix dry ingredients, flour, nuts, salt, baking soda and cinnamon in another bowl. Peel and slice apples. Use Johnson, they taste the best. Mix the dry and wet ingredients well then with hands add the apples and mix well. Use a large cake pan or 2 (9"x13") cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
