TURTLE CAKE 
1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
1 (12 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. butter
1 lb. caramels
1 c. chocolate semi-sweet chips
1 c. chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare cake mix according to directions on box. Pour half of the batter into a greased 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and cool for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, combine milk, butter, and caramels in saucepan over medium heat. Stir constantly. Pour caramel mixture over cake layer. Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts over the caramel. Pour remaining cake batter over nuts and chips. Continue baking for 30 minutes. Dust cooled cake with confectioners' sugar
