TWO TONED FUDGE OR PEANUT TOPPED
FUDGE
 
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (11 1/2 oz.) pkg. (2 c.) chocolate morsels
1/2 c. chunky peanut butter

In large saucepan, combine sugar, milk, butter, and salt. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to full boil. Boil 6 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add marshmallows and vanilla extract; stir until marshmallows melt and mixture is smooth. Place 2 cups of hot mixture in a bowl; set aside. To remaining mixture add chocolate morsels; stir until melted and mixture is smooth. Pour into full lined 9-inch square pan. Add peanut butter to hot mixture in bowl; mix well. Pour over chocolate mixture. Chill about 1 hour or until firm; cut into 1 inch squares. Makes 2 1/4 pound.
