DILLY BREAD 
1 pkg. yeast dissolved in 1/4 cup water
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. cottage cheese
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. instant onion
1 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. dill seed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 unbeaten egg

Combine all ingredients except yeast and flour. Add yeast mixture and mix well. Add flour. Let rise, push down; place in loaf pan. Let rise again. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Remove from pan and brush with butter.
