SPICED BEEF AND RICE 
1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 sm. green pepper, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. dried whole oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1/4 c. (1 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese

Brown ground beef, green pepper and onions in large skillet; drain. Combine all ingredients except cheese in lightly greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Add cheese and bake, uncovered an additional 10 minutes. Yield: 2 servings.
