SPINACH QUICHE | |
4 eggs 1 1/3 c. skim milk 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 tbsp. dijon style mustard 1 tsp. salt 4 slices low cal. white bread, cubed 4 oz. cheddar cheese grated 1 pkg. chopped frozen spinach thawed Beat egg. Add mustard, salt and milk. Add bread and stir in cheese. Set in refrigerator overnight. Put spinach in bottom of 9 inch square baking pan. Pour quiche mixture over spinach and put in preheated 350 degree oven and bake for 45 minutes. NOTE: You may add mushrooms, onions or zucchini if you wish. Divide into 4 parts = 1 bread. Serving - 1 egg, 1 oz. hard cheese, 1/3 serving milk. |
