FAST ICE CREAM DESSERT 
1 c. flour
1/4 c. rolled oats
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 (12 oz.) jar butterscotch topping
1 qt. chocolate ice cream

Combine flour, oats, and brown sugar. Cut in butter until crumbs form. Stir in nuts. Pat mix into 9"x13" pan and bake in 400 degree oven for 15 minutes. Stir when it comes out of oven to crumble. Cool. spread 1/2 the crumbs in 9"x9" baking pan; drizzle 1/2 of the topping over crumbs in pan. Stir ice cream to soften; spoon carefully into pan and spread evenly over the crumbs. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Drizzle with remaining topping. Freeze. Makes 8 servings.

NOTE: I use half as much topping and more ice cream.
