MUSHROOM CUBED STEAK 
4 (4-6 oz.) cubed steaks
1 tbsp. cooking oil
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 med. onion, sliced thin
1 sm. can mushrooms, drained

In a pan, saute the onion slices until translucent. Remove the onions, brown the steaks on each side, adding the mushrooms and onions just until warmed. Remove the contents from the pan and place in a baking dish. Spoon the mushroom soup over the steaks. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
