POLKA DOT DESSERT 
1 (4 serving size) pkg. instant chocolate pudding
2 c. milk
1 pt. mint chocolate chip ice cream, softened
1 c. flavored mini marshmallows

Place pudding mix in large bowl. Add milk. Beat with mixer (on medium) 2 minutes. Fold ice cream into pudding mixture. Turn into 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan. Sprinkle marshmallows on top. Freeze. Let stand 15 minutes before serving. Serves 9.
